The launch of this new meter reading system will also support the women self help group empowerment initiative of Riverside Utilities.

Their new msales Utility mobile application ensures a full proof and genuine meter reading system for Riverside Utilities consumers. This application optimizes human effort, time, paper cost and maintain transparency in the billing process.

The msales Utility mobile application helps the meter readers in getting all the information along with the customer database by just pressing a button. They no longer need to go to the office in the morning to collect the bunch of customer data, before visiting a customer. All they need is a Smartphone with GPRS connection and they can note down the real time reading, click the image of the same with geo-tagging feature and submit it to the server directly by clicking on the submit button. The image of the reading is stored as a proof to avoid any discrepancy, maintain transparency in the system and retain the trust of the consumers for the Power Utility.
