Protection of electronics is a large devise concern, especially if electronic equipment is to be deployed in aggressive environments or demanding climatic conditions. As a result, the conformal coatings by Electrolube, which include modified, unique silicone solutions, formulated to meet the highest defence standards in both Europe and United States, are in heavy requirement.
These include transparent DCA, red opaque DCR and black opaque DCB for disguising circuits. The fast drying, transparent and flexible acrylic coating, APL that is formulated for many commercial applications and will be an attribute at the EFY Expo to be held at New Delhi, from the 20 to 22 February, this year.
Electrolube’s optically clear encapsulation resins, SC3001 and UR5562 are specifically designed to solve many LED issues. UR5562 is a semi-rigid optically clear polyurethane resin that is ideal for use in decorative and protective applications. The low viscosity SC3001 is a flexible silicone two-part potting compound that helps to dissipate heat generated from LEDs protecting and insulating components from moisture, chemicals and general contamination.
As an ISO 14001 qualified manufacturer, Electrolube will provide high performance chemical solutions, formulated with the utmost responsibility to the environment and operator.
