Iwatsu has launched a new series of curve tracers, which support high voltages and large currents.
Features and USP: The state-of-the-art test and measurement devices are to evaluate the characteristics of all semiconductor devices—IGBTs, MOSFETs, transistors and diodes. All models have collector supply modes (AC, fullwave rectification, DC and leakage current), and can support a peak voltage of up to 3000 V and a peak current of up to 1000 A. They can be used to measure the characteristics of a range of discrete semiconductor devices, from advanced high voltage, large current power devices such as IGBTs and power MOSFETs, to more simple devices such as transistors, diodes and LEDs. Inclusion of USB ports and a LAN interface as standard features allows the measurement results to be saved in an external storage device, sent to a computer, or compiled in a report. Iwatsu curve tracers feature an internal memory for 256 setups, 4 REF waveforms, USB port for setups, remote control with LAN, 21.336cm TFT display screen, waveform save/recall, and hard copy of display into removable memory.
