Thursday, July 04, 2013: Jackson Power Solution announced the bagging of two new orders for solar power generation projects that aggregates Rs 810 million. The leading power solutions provider of India, Jackson Power will be setting up infrastructure with a capacity of 60 MW solar power. The project is expected to be completed within October 2013. The orders include Solar Inverter Substation for supply to various solar power photo voltaic plants across India and Solar Power Plant EPC.
In a recent news, the company had acquired another order from Refex Energy Limited aggregating Rs 470 million. Refex Energy is one of the major EPC players in the country and supplies to 42 different Solar Inverter Substations for ongoing projects in Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Jackson Power has also earned another prestigious project from BHEL for 10 MW solar infrastructure constructions in Talcher, Odissa. The value of this project is deemed to be Rs 340 million and will be done for the NTPC. The modules for this project will however be supplied by BHEL itself.
The construction of the latest orders will begin by July and are expected to be completed within four months. Apart for the orders aforesaid, Jackson Power Solutions also plans to install 500 KWp of off-grid decentralized PV solar power plants in Chattisgarh. The company has already been registered under the CREDA as System Integrator under the Department of Energy, government of Chattisgarh. The Joint Managing Director, Sundeep Gupta of Jackson Power said that they are proud of their technical strengths that have been instrumental in bagging the prestigious orders.
