Anti-dumping investigation of solar cells initiated

The directorate general of anti-dumping and allied duties, the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has initiated anti-dumping investigations concerning the imports of solar cells. The investigation has been initiated based on an application filed by the Solar Manufacturer’s Association alleging dumping of solar cells. The authority found sufficient prima facie evidence of dumping and, hence, the formal investigation has been launched.
