The company is set to establish dealerships throughout key cities in India. Customers can now pre-book these bikes, with delivery commencing in December 2024. MotoHaus has set a target to sell 10,000 motorcycles in its initial year and intends to expand its portfolio with additional international brands by 2026.
MotoHaus, a new initiative by KAW Veloce Motors Pvt Ltd (KVMPL), has officially launched in India, introducing a diverse range of electric and internal combustion engine (ICE) motorcycles. The company is aiming to reshape the automotive retail landscape in India by offering selections from brands like VLF and Brixton Motorcycles. MotoHaus plans to set up a network of retail outlets across major cities in India, with a goal to open 20 dealerships by mid-2025. The company is targeting sales of 10,000 bikes in its first year, with deliveries starting in December 2024.
MotoHaus has set pricing for its lineup, which includes the VLF Electric scooters starting at INR 1,29,999. The range also includes several models from Brixton Motorcycles, like the Crossfire 500X priced at INR 4,74,499, the Crossfire 500XC at INR 5,19,400, the Cromwell 1200 at INR 7,83,999, and the Cromwell 1200 X at INR 9,10,600, which is limited to only 100 units.
Customers can now pre-book these motorcycles through MotoHaus’ official website, social media pages, and retail outlets. The company is projecting a 25% year-on-year growth and plans to add more global brands to its portfolio by 2026.
MotoHaus operates out of KVMPL’s facility in Kolhapur, which boasts an annual production capacity of 20,000 units and employs over 300 professionals. The brand is strategically focusing on both Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities for its retail expansion, targeting locations such as Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Goa.
MotoHaus aims to lead India into a new era of motorcycling, combining traditional ICE and innovative electric vehicles to offer a varied riding experience for motorcycle enthusiasts across the country. The company is introducing Italian brand VLF’s electric scooters, such as the VLF Tennis, a premium electric cruiser. The motorcycle lineup also features models from Brixton Motorcycles, renowned for their Austrian craftsmanship and retro-modern designs.
