Eyeing efficient quality monitoring, LeePra Technologies has partnered with Delvitech to include advanced AI solutions in its manufacturing units.
Last week, EMS provider LeePra Technologies partnered with Swiss AI consultant Delvitech to implement the Aton 3D AI-based Automated Optical Inspection system in its Mysore and Vadodara facilities.
The company aims to improve its quality control, with defect detection accuracy and production efficiency by implementing Delvitech’s AI technology.
The Aton system will be used across various aspects of LeePra’s manufacturing, such as electronics (PCBs and components), automotive parts, aerospace components, medical devices, and consumer goods.
According to the company, this technology will aid its inspection processes by providing real-time quality monitoring, high-resolution imaging, and regulatory compliance.
Roberto Gatti, CEO of Delvitech Group, conveyed his enthusiasm regarding this deal in his official statement. He commented, “This partnership highlights the transformative impact of our 3D AI-based AOI technology in achieving superior accuracy and efficiency.”
