Allianz Partners India Patents Motorcycle Mobile Charger

The Two-Wheeler Mobile Charger has been developed to cater to the increasing need for dependable and convenient charging solutions for electric two-wheeler users.

Allianz Partners India, a prominent assistance and services company, announced that it has received a patent from The Patent Office, Government of India, for its innovative Two-Wheeler Mobile Charger (TMC). The patented technology, called “System and Method of Recharging Stranded Two-Wheeled Electric Vehicles through Two-Wheeler Mobile Charger,” will be protected for 20 years beginning November 28, 2021.

The Two-Wheeler Mobile Charger addresses the rising demand for reliable and convenient charging solutions for electric two-wheeler riders. This 2.5 kW AC charging system, equipped with a battery pack and inverter, delivers a 230V AC output to charge e-bikes and scooters when they run out of power on the road. It integrates seamlessly with various two-wheeler models, providing an efficient way to keep vehicles charged during rides. The TMC is now available in major cities such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

Gupta stated that this success underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to leading the charge in technological innovations that redefine mobility solutions. He also mentioned that their efforts showcase the company’s proactive approach to promoting environmental sustainability.

Allianz Partners India has provided end-to-end home charging installation services to over 13,000 households in more than 250 cities. These efforts have resulted in a total CO2 reduction of 1,551,382 CO2-Kg (1551 tons) for the year 2023 through the use of EV/CNG fleet, Help on Phone (HoP), and Repair on Spot (RoS) services.
