MSEB Solar Agro Power (MSAPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Maharashtra State Electricity Board MSEB Holding Company has put papers to achieve 366 MW of solar power as part of Component C under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) program for feeder-level solarisation.
This initiative falls under the second phase of the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana program.
The last date for bid submission is February 27, 2024.
Bidders participating in the project must furnish an earnest money deposit of ₹100,000 per MW, a processing fee of ₹2,500 per MW, and a document cost of ₹25,000. Successful bidders must provide a performance bank guarantee of ₹500,000 per MW upon selection.
The project’s comprehensive scope encompasses ownership, financing, development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance, including establishing evacuation infrastructure up to the delivery point. In the event that new substations eligible for interconnection in the Solapur region are identified by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) before the bid due date, an additional 91 MW of solar power may be procured.
