Adani Enterprises Limited has entered into a strategic joint venture (JV) with Sirius International Holding, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), focusing on artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT), and blockchain technology. The JV, named Sirius Digitech International Limited and based in Abu Dhabi, is majority-owned by Sirius with a 51% stake, while Adani holds the remaining 49%.
This venture is set to capitalise on the flourishing digitalisation trend in the Indian economy, projected to reach a $1 trillion market by 2030. It aims to integrate AI, IoT, and blockchain technologies across various sectors, including infrastructure, FinTech, HealthTech, and GreenTech.
The collaboration combines Sirius’s expertise in global digital transformation with Adani’s strategic insights, offering advanced technological solutions to optimise industries and accelerate growth. The JV intends to develop and implement AI and blockchain-based industrial applications, leveraging Adani Group’s industrial platforms for testing and scaling these solutions.
Adani Energy Solutions has established another joint venture with an IHC-affiliated company to broaden its smart meter business domestically and internationally. Adani Transmission Step-Four Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Energy, acquired a 49% share in Esyasoft Holdings Ltd.’s smart metering division. The newly renamed entity, Adani Esyasoft Smart Solutions Limited, will focus on securing and executing smart metering contracts globally. Esyasoft specializes in renewable energy, energy efficiency, EV charging, and AI-driven analytics solutions.
