Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) has appointed Poornima Shenoy to head its Americas desk. For this role, she will be based out of Washington DC, United States.
“FICCI is focused on the growth of its members and the strategic business and trade goals of the country. I am delighted to be in this role and contribute to the interests of the country, and our members,” she told Electronics For You, via a text.
Presently, she is also an independent director at Dixon Technologies India, Independent Director at NSEIT, Independent Director at Padget Electronics. Previously she was an Independent Director with Moschip, and also Founding President at India Electronics & Semiconductor Association (IESA).
Shenoy has also held several other leadership roles in the past. On the other hand, FICCI, an association of Indian business organizations, says it is dedicated to promoting the growth and global competitiveness of Indian businesses.
