Servotech unites with the UP government for manufacturing milestones and sustainable progress in India’s automotive landscape.
Servotech, a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging firm, plans rapid nationwide expansion of EV charging technology. They have inked an MoU with Uttar Pradesh’s government to establish an EV charger factory, backed by the state’s 2022 Electric Vehicle Manufacturing and Mobility Policy.

Raman Bhatia, Managing Director of Servotech Power Systems Ltd., and Hon’ble Minister of Industrial Development, Shri Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’, signed the MoU. This event was witnessed by Transport Minister Shri Daya Shankar Singh, CEO of Invest UP, IAS Abhishek Prakash, IAS Prathamesh Kumar (Special Secretary to the Chief Minister and Additional CEO, Invest UP), among other dignitaries.
Under the MoU, Servotech commits to a phased investment of around 300 crores, generating jobs for over 500 individuals. By early 2025, part of the manufacturing plant will commence operations, boasting an annual production capacity of 10,000 EV DC Fast chargers. These chargers are destined for both local and international markets.
Commenting on this occasion, Sarika Bhatia, Director, Servotech said, “I firmly believe this MoU will give new wings to the capabilities of Servotech to take its legacy of providing excessively promising EV chargers and solar power products forward while establishing new milestones in the renewable energy market of Uttar Pradesh and India.”
