Leading manufacturer and distributor of batteries under the ARENQ brand, Sunlit Power recently entered into a five-year agreement with IoT devices and software solutions provider, RDL Technologies. As per the deal, the partners will work together in the field of battery management systems, and create touchscreen displays, data loggers, navigational systems for vehicles, and monitoring systems. Sunlit will be able to remotely monitor and control the motor, controller, and battery via the IoT devices, the company said in a statement. Moreover, they will also be able to give clients personalised performance data on the battery. With the latest collaboration, the battery maker expects to produce 25,000 pieces of automotive clusters, touchscreen displays, and bulk testing equipment for batteries annually.
The official statement noted that with the transfer of the BMS’s data to the cloud, the customers will be able to access the system from any location with internet access. Therefore, they can download customised reports to track performance.
As per the CEO of Sunlit Power, Mr V G Anil, the partnership will enable them to enhance battery performance and provide customers with battery monitoring solutions.
The co-founder and CEO of RDL Technologies, Mr Raghavendra G Shetty said that its touchscreen displays and monitoring systems will help ARENQ to remotely monitor the battery’s performance, providing customers with customised reports.
