Bel Fuse said that the newly created position would empower the global connector maker in its cultural transformation journey.
Global connector manufacturer Bel Fuse Inc. announced the appointment of Suzanne Kozlovsky as the global head of people to manage associate engagement, development, talent retention strategies and compensation structure.
Before starting at this newly created executive-level position Kozlovsky worked as the vice president of human resources for Prinova, a Nagase Group company. She worked with the global executive council, strategy and investment team, to enable high performance to support sustainable growth. She has also worked with Berkshire Hathaway’s Marmon Foodservice Technologies and Bel Brands USA.
Expressing delight at her appointment, Kozlovsky outlined her plans at the company. “My goal is for Bel’s associates to feel excited to come to work each day, enabling them to fully participate in Bel’s growth story, while receiving the support and professional development needed to be successful in reaching their personal career goals,” she said.
Bel Fuse designs, manufactures and markets, a broad array of products that power, protect and connect electronic circuits. These include circuit protection, connectors, cable assemblies, discrete components, magnetics and power supplies. These products are primarily used in the networking, telecommunications, computing, military, aerospace, medical, transportation and broadcasting industries. The company serves a global market and operates facilities around the world.
